Disaffiliation Vote

Mt. Carmel Methodist Church will be voting on a resolution to disaffiliate from the United Methodist Church organization on February 5, 2023 at 5:00 p.m.  You must be a member of the church listed on our official membership role to vote.  Please bring a photo ID with you to verify your identity to the District Superintendent.  If you do not have a photo ID, bring a school yearbook or other type of document as an identity verification document.  The vote will be held in the sanctuary and will use a paper ballot.  If you have any questions, please contact Teena Hendricks, 850.449.2061.
